A Day at Bodhi Surf + Yoga Camp | Behind The Scenes

A typical day at Bodhi Surf + Yoga camp in Bahia Ballena, Osa, Costa Rica, is a busy event indeed. It starts at 4am with Pilar's personal Ashtanga yoga practice. At 6:30am, the staff begin to arrive before to make coffee and breakfast, tidy and clean the lodge, and load up surfboards. After breakfast, Travis and Gibran take guests down to the beach for their first activity of the morning... a surf session! As the day continues, the lodge bustles with important community meetings, guest massages, and afternoon rainy yoga sessions. Sometimes, the other Bodhi owners can sneak away for an afternoon surf while all of this is happening! After the sun sets, Adrianne gets dinner (and sangria!) going, and guests and staff enjoy a lovely meal together and post-dinner games.
