Cost—$400 for half a day. To us, the experience was worth every penny. Cooking them are easy. We left the skin on when we were prepping them. These are best cooked by pan frying, 4 to 5 minutes on each side. Start with the skin side down. When you are finished cooking, the skin peels off easily.
