Trying to mountain bike around Table Mountain off the beaten path | Is it possible?

Surprisingly, I’ve never ridden my mountain bike on Table Mountain. I managed to find a route somewhere either on Strava or Bikehub, convinced Marius to join me and he convinced Heinrich, who has done parts of the route before to guide us. And what an adventure it turned out to be. Table Mountain is extremely rugged, not even sure why this surprised me, but it did. Nothing really technical we did, but the surface is just rugged, loose etc. No manicured trails at all, everything is essentially in its natural state. The last part of the ride, we seemed to end up on a hiking trail I think. We cycled as much of it as we could but it was so rocky that there were lots of hike a bike sections. The views though were just on another level with the ocean on the left. Unfortunately my magnet of my camera broke which made filming the route very difficult.
