Welcome to Day 23 of the STRONG SUMMER Program! Let's crush this intense upper body AMRAP workout at home with dumbbells! Today's format is AMRAP = AS MANY ROUNDS AS POSSIBLE! Details provided below! We will tone & strengthen our upper body with this fire upper body workout that you can do from home with dumbbells! This at home dumbbell workout will challenge our arms (focusing on biceps & triceps), shoulders (including rear delts), back, chest, and a bit of abs/core. I will be using the following dumbbells for this workout: 2 X 12 LBS [5.5 KG] 2 X 18.5 LBS [8.5 KG] [discount code: Vera10] 2 X 25 LBS [11.5 KG] LINK TO ALL EQUIPMENT: https://liketk.it/3DVao We will perform this upper body workout in the following format: 5 minutes to complete each AMRAP round 5 exercises per AMRAP round complete 6 reps of each exercise immediately move onto next exercise with no rest after you complete 6 reps of each exercise, immediately restart the circuit of 5 exercises complete as many rounds of 5 exercises as possible until the 5 minute timer runs out rest for 1 minute repeat each AMRAP round twice! As always, the timer is just a suggestion - please feel free to pause and take your time if you need to. The circuit are tough and are meant to get your heart rate up and push you! For all standing upper body exercises, I recommend maintaining a slight bend in the knees for extra stability. Please make sure you warm up first!
