Isme hai soft paneer, fresh veggies, chutney aur cheese spread — ekdum cafe-style sandwich ghar par banne wala! Quick snack, tiffin ya breakfast ke liye perfect option. 📝 Ingredients (सामग्री): 🍞 Whole Wheat Bread – 4 slices 🧀 Cheese Spread – as required 🌿 Hari Chutney – as required 🥒 Kheera (Cucumber) – sliced 🍅 Tamatar (Tomato) – sliced 🥬 Lettuce – 2–3 leaves 🧊 Paneer – 100 gms (sliced pieces) 🧂 Chaat Masala – a pinch 👩🍳 Method (विधि): Step 1 – Bread Preparation 4 bread slices le lijiye. Dono slices par cheese spread lagaiye aur baaki 2 slices par hari chutney evenly spread karein. Step 2 – Veggies Layer Chutney wale slice par sabse pehle sliced tamatar aur kheera rakhiye. Isse sandwich me crunch aur freshness aayega. Step 3 – Protein Layer Ab iske upar rakhiye paneer ke slices aur thoda sa chaat masala sprinkle karke flavor ko enhance karein. Step 4 – Lettuce Finish Paneer ke upar crisp lettuce leaves rakhiye aur phir cheese spread wali bread slice se sandwich ko close kar dijiye. Step 5 – Tawa Toast Tawa garam karke thoda sa butter/oil dalen aur sandwich ko dono sides se sekhiye jab tak wo crispy aur golden brown na ho jaye.
