Join me on this journey of trying a weird vintage recipe! The 1950s were full of weird dishes with unusual flavor combinations, bizarre food photography, and most of all things encased in gelatine molds. I’ve always been drawn to these strange and dreamlike vintage style recipes, and this week I want to try it for myself! I make the gross recipe ‘Perfection Salad’ a strange concoction of vegetables, juice, and gelatin. Sort of a fresh salad, with a tangy taste. Though honestly this turned out like a cooking fail!
