Well, it still makes for a fun strategy! For those of you who aren't aware, spells are affected by mini-crits for some reason. While this wouldn't matter if there wasn't a class who could become mini-crit boosted on demand, it just so happens that there is one of those! Or three, technically, but the Buff Banner and Cleaner's Carbine proved much less interesting to do it with. (And no, you can't cast spells while under the Buffalo Steak effect, I already tried that too.)
