Zuo Ci is pretty good, as he should be. All of his attacks are strong with good range. With his EX attack unlocked, his C1-EX can buff him and is pretty easy to get off. His passive allows him to revive up to 2 times and increases his total number of all Attribute emblems by 30%. So he gets a small bonus to all elemental Emblems he collects, which is cool. And obviously 2 free revives is pretty insane and makes it pretty hard to lose with him. His unique gives him extra Wound damage to all enemies, including Level Bosses, and upgrades Wound damage. This is pretty vague in what it actually does, but bottom line is that it makes Slay more effective. His total number of Attribute emblems increases by 50% if you obtain the Book of the Art of Concealment treasure. As always, I really don't like buffs that are tied to treasures because it's completely random if you'll get them or not so most of the time it just goes completely unused. At least it's not such a big deal since Zuo Ci is good by default. Zuo Ci benefits from going after elements and people that buff Independent, Talent, and Grace. Since he wants to have access to a bunch of elements, you can be pretty free in how you build him, but obviously you want to aim for Slay more than the others since he gets an additional buff to Wound damage.
