Stealth Wild Camp On Winter Hill Under The TV Mast Join me as I tick off an adventure from my bucket list with a stealth wild camp on Winter Hill under the TV mast. Despite the challenging weather conditions, we made it to the top after a 45-minute walk and found the perfect pitch for our tents and lights. Our journey up the backside of the hill was an exciting one as we kept a keen eye out for anyone else walking or the TV mast workings milling about at the top. Fortunately, the coast was clear, and we could begin our search for a decent pitch. Pitching our tents was easy, but finding a dry spot proved challenging due to the wet ground. We finally settled on a mound, which also provided a vantage point for admiring the views and sunset. Join me on a really cool camp under another amazing structure!
