Perfect for cosy evenings, dinner parties, or when you just want your kitchen to smell unreal. 🧂 Ingredients For the crust (the following amount makes 1 crust, I made double in the video): 160g all-purpose flour (you will need some extra for dusting) 0.25 tbsp granulated sugar 0.25 tsp salt 115g cold unsalted butter (equivalent of 1 US stick) Ice water (3-5 Tbsp, may vary) For the filling: 1 egg white (to brush inside hot crust, you won't need all of it) 425 g pumpkin puree 1 large egg, and 3 egg yolks (room temperature) 120 g light brown sugar 40 g granulated sugar 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp salt 1 tsp vanilla extract 340 ml evaporated milk Serve with whipped cream!
