Super Invaders (Arcade) 1978

Super Invaders is an arcade game released in 1978 by Zenitone-Microsec Ltd., recognized as one of the early clones or variations of Taito's Space Invaders. It belongs to the 1978 lineup of early, influential fixed-shooter games that defined the beginning of the golden age of arcade gaming. The gameplay would be very similar to the original Space Invaders, with some modifications that increase the game's difficulty level, such as UFOs shooting beams and after shooting some aliens, new ones appear. Zenitone-Microsec went on to develop other Space Invader clones such as Space Attack II. The original Space Invaders is considered one of the most influential video games of all time and is credited with ushering in the golden age of arcade video games.
