Let's Discuss: Anti-Christian Rhetoric in Pagan Spaces

PLEASE READ: In no way was I attempting to invalidate anybody's traumatic experiences, be it past, present or future. My sentiment of "get over it", was not referring to people's experiences of discrimination and the hurt that has caused you - I deeply apologise if it came across that way, that wasn't my intention at all. It was simply a remark at those who fixate on the Christianisation of Europe and people using that as an excuse to retaliate discrimination against Christians in our pagan circles. Healing is a long and complicated journey, of which you do not owe any one else the time or explanation. In the video, I felt it unwise to dive into the complexities of people’s traumatic experiences, since I am not a trauma expert, nor am I equipped with any training to properly touch the subject or give any advice. I truly am sorry that I may have caused anyone to feel otherwise, and I respect I should’ve been more clear in my video. I appreciate this conversation is nuanced, complex and multi-layered - I'm not trying to pretend this video explains everything unbiasedly, objectively correctly or anything. There's a lot more I could've touched on but I wanted to keep the video short! I'm also aware that I only have experience living in the UK, specifically England. I have no experience for what its like to be living in the United States, where there is far less of a separation between Church and State. I'm so sorry for not acknowledging this in the video and not making you guys aware of the perspective I'm coming from.
