Hi welcome to my channel Bake N Roll. #howtomakemangosansrivalcake #mangosanrival #specialcake #vanillachiffoncake #bestsellercake Ingredients: Meringue wafer: eggwhites 1/2 cup (120 grams) sugar 95 grams (1/3 cup + 1 tbsp) cream of tartar 1/2 tsp vanilla 1/2 tsp cashew nuts 1/2 cup Vanilla Chiffon Cake: yolk 3 large (50 grams) oil 50 grams (1/4 cup) water 75 grams (1/3 cup) vanilla 1 tsp cake flour 1 cup + 1 tbsp (130 grams) baking powder 5 grams( 1 tsp) salt 2 grams (1/2 tsp) sugar 75 grams (1/3 cup) eggwhites 4 large cream of tartar 1/4 tsp sugar 75 grams (1/3 cup) Whipped cream cheese icing: cream cheese 1 cup ( 226 grams) whipping cream 2/3 cup powder sugar 7 tbsp (1/2 cup) add more or less Toppings/Filling: mango 3 large /cashew nuts (chopped) Note: 1. ibake natin ang cake sa 9 inches na baking pan para di na kailanga mag bawas or I trim ang meringue wafer. or pede nyo naman sya gamitin pang coating sa cake. ( nag I expand po kasi ang wafer habang binibake sya. halimbawa 8 inches nagiging 9 inches sya pag naluto. Baking time for meringue: 130°c for 2 1/2 hours ( dapat mahina lang ang heat ng oven para pantay ang pagkaluto nito) pede kayong gumawa ng marami para di sayang ang baking time. *dito sa recipe nato half lang ginawa ko since meron akong naka stock sa freezer. pede nyo I double yong recipe. or pede din naman isang wafer lang lagay nyo. lalo na kung pangbenta para less sa costing. Baking time for Chiffon Cake: 160°c for 30-35 minutes. Baking pan size: 8 or 9 inches. Happy baking!❤️
