Hack Squats are easily one of my favorite leg exercises for getting huge quads. You are locked in to a fixed back position, can sink these deep safely and progress can be easily tracked. Sadly, each week I see multiple people in person or on IG missing the concept of this lift. Too much band, dive bombing reps, locking out at the top or using the stretch reflex to move load as opposed to their quads.
