5-Year-Old's Locks of Love Donation

A five-year-old girl has a dramatic makeover all to help other children in need. Isabella Phillips has been growing-out her hair for a year and a half, with only a few trims in between. She decided to make a donation to Locks of Love, an organization that creates wigs for children who've lost their hair because of different medical conditions. Isabella's goal was reached Saturday, ten-inches off the top! This isn't the first big cut for the generous five-year-old, Isabella was just three when she made her first donation.
