NOVA & Gaba Corporation Japan Interview Process & Review Part 1

Need Personalized Help? Book a Private Consultation: https://comic95.blogspot.com/2021/06/... I recently applied to both Gaba and NOVA less than a month ago. Both companies were very responsive and their expectations and requirements were clearly stated several times during my pre-interviews, interviews, emails, and even on their websites, which you are encouraged to read and be knowledgable of before interviewing, as you will be quizzed somewhat on your understanding of their polices and employment conditions. Be brave! Dress for the job you aspire to have. Look the part. Smile big and bright. Take your time when speaking. Use proper English. Talk about you relevant experience and or volunteer work. Don't be afraid to ask questions if you don't understand. Most importantly try your best to be flexible and appear to have a genuine understanding and heart for teaching and watching your students progress grow and develop in their English studies. If you seem professional, friendly, and attentive you will get the job! DO NOT wear casual clothing! Avoid speaking any Japanese! Do not rant about anime, nightlife or your dating preferences. Be professional and keep your questions short, simple and appropriate (if you really want this job). Lengthy answers are recommended if possible but try not to interrogate your interviewer as this may issue a red flag for a "high maintenance gaijin" thus keeping you from having a smooth interview. Remember most employers love flexible employees. Your goal should be to get your foot in the door you can always switch employers later if you truly desire. Be prepared! Have your Skype app open and ready for the call about 5-10 minutes before hand, a mirror, and A/C is nice to have turned on or have near you if you have anxiety get sweaty or feel nervous self conscious ( like me sometimes haha). You interviewer will be a native English speaker and 99.9% of the time American .1% of the time Canadian. Sell yourself! Update: I decided NOT to work for either company. I accepted a better job offer than both NOVA and Gaba. I declined both companies offers and decided not to pursue either as I was offered a better position in Kansai. I am still moving to Kyoto but I will not be working at NOVA as originally planned. Please read the comments and watch the video to understand why and what happened. I'm sorry but i can't reply to every comment or email. Awesome Music By....
