Is hype helpful to ‘sell’ the vegan philosophy, and how important is honesty and accuracy in our messaging? Tom will share his expertise as a professional nutritionist as the team discuss the potential harms of the proliferation of false claims about the benefits of a plant-only diet, both to individuals, and to the animal liberation movement itself. See you there! 😊 About the Guest Since going vegan in 2018, Tom has become more interested in plant focussed nutrition. He has completed several online courses on nutrition and recently finished an MSc in food, health and nutrition at University College Dublin. He currently works at a health food store, assisting customers on issues related to nutrition and supplementation.
