Vanessa Da Costa s a global public health data and evaluation specialist with experience working across HIV, maternal and child health, and health systems strengthening with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and USAID. She is also the founder of Chilombo Consulting and works with academic and policy partners, including Georgetown University, to support data strategy, monitoring and evaluation, and evidence-based decision-making. Ms. Da Costa is based in the US and also worked for several years in South Africa.
