I decided instead of making a 40-50s leveling guide video, I am going to break off and do individual videos on various camps. During your 40s and 50s mobs will stay blue longer, providing more of a sustained exp grind for each individual camp. Spectres are a typical mainstay of the necromancer leveling diet. There are 4 camps that I know of which are strung across Norrath.
