This is an actual ROM hack of Super Mario World, meaning everything here is done within the limitations of the SNES, and it can be played on one. The physics took some getting used to, The Kid feels heavier and falls faster than in IWBTG fangames, but the creator made it work well. The level design is really solid and hits that sweet spot of being fairly challenging without being overly precise or frustrating. Until the end. The boss is a massive difficulty spike from the rest of the game. I still wouldn't say it's "unfair", there are a couple attacks that can give rough RNG, but mostly learnable and definitely something that gets easier the more you play and come up with strats. Really liked the wide variety of attacks, and still had fun with it even though I was stuck there for a while. Was very very glad for that halfway checkpoint.
