Hey, guys. I'm back again with another calming video. I made chocolate chip cookies last week and tested out whether resting it longer in the fridge would make any difference in flavour. I followed Alvin Zhou's recipe which is very easy to follow. I would suggest to add nuts to this recipe though as it's packed with sugary stuff. Whenever I have leftover pasta or soup and eat it the following day, the flavour is just oozing with goodness. In this video, I wanted to know whether resting the cookie dough for 24-48 hours would make any difference in the flavour as well. I hope you'll enjoy this, and see you on my next video!
