Our adventure in Aruba started the way all great Caribbean stories should — with sun, sand, and absolutely zero complaints about the weather. Aruba doesn’t warm up slowly… it just shows off immediately. Blue skies, steady breeze, and that famous Eagle Beach stretching for miles like it’s trying to win an award for “Most Photogenic Beach in the Caribbean.” And honestly? It might. Golden sand under our feet. Turquoise water that looks edited (but isn’t). A quick “let’s just sit for a minute” turned into full island-mode relaxation. No emails. No rush. Just waves and sunshine doing their thing. 🌊 By afternoon, we traded beach chairs for downtown Oranjestad — colorful buildings, fun shops, cozy cafés, and those blue horse statues everywhere. We’re still not sure if they’re art, mascots, or just making sure tourists are paying attention… but we approve. 🐎💙 Yes, a little shopping happened. “Just looking” is rarely just looking. Tradition continues — and the suitcase somehow keeps making room. 😄 Aruba really lives up to its nickname — One Happy Island. And today? We happily agreed.
