Five years ago, I started my fitness journey at 92kg with no experience, no knowledge, and no real plan. I thought fitness was simple — run more, sweat more, lose weight. So I did endless cardio. And while the weight dropped, so did my strength, energy, and health. This video is an honest reflection of: • Losing weight the wrong way • Being skinny but unhealthy • Training without understanding nutrition • COVID setbacks • Learning to lift properly • Bulking, rebuilding, and finding balance Today, I’m 82kg again but this time with strength, muscle, energy, and knowledge. Same number on the scale. Completely different body and mindset. This journey taught me that: Cardio alone isn’t fitness. Skinny isn’t healthy. And more training doesn’t always mean better results.
