Build heat, strength, and focus with this progressive yoga flow that layers the same poses through three rounds. In the first round, hold each pose for about 30 seconds to establish alignment and stability. In the second round, move through the same sequence with 3 deep breaths per pose to create a steady rhythm. Finally, the last round becomes a 1 breath, 1 movement flow, turning the sequence into a smooth and energizing vinyasa. This practice begins in Mountain Pose, moves into Chair Pose, and flows through a Half Sun Salutation into Low Lunge with an added twist. From there, transition to Downward Dog, step forward to Low Lunge on the second side with a twist, then return through a Forward Fold back to Mountain Pose to complete the cycle. Perfect for yogis who want to build strength, improve mobility, and develop breath-to-movement awareness, this sequence gradually increases intensity while keeping the pose structure simple and accessible.
