Clean the Surma fish thoroughly. 2. In a bowl, prepare a spice mix with turmeric, chili, coriander, and cumin powders, and salt. Add lemon juice and mix well. 3. Coat the fish with the spice marinade and let it sit for 15-20 minutes to absorb all the flavors. 4. Dip each marinated fish piece into the beaten egg, then coat it with breadcrumbs to add an extra crispy layer. 5.
