In the second half of our Panama Canal adventure we give you a quick look around the boat that we are hanging out on called SV Quantum. Our day begins today in Gatun Lake where we spent the night last night after doing our first day through the canal. Once the advisors arrive to jump onto everyone's boats, we start the engines en route to the other side of the lake so that we can start our descent through the locks towards the Pacific Ocean. Today we are side-tied with one other boat rather than being rafted up in the middle like our first day through. This was our trial-run on board SV Quantum to see if we would be a good fit together to crew on board as they go across the Pacific Ocean.
