We get invited on board a 51 foot Beneteau as line handlers to do the Panama Canal crossing. Since they only needed one extra line handler and there are two of us, one of us will get to film the whole time! We get a really early start on board and meet up with SV Quantum's Captain and crew at around 6am from the Linton Bay marina. It's a short sail over to the Panama Canal, where we anchor at the flats and wait for our advisor to board. Once the advisor boards he lets us know that we will be tying up to two other boats, and that we will be in the middle. A few hours later we tie up to the other boats and begin our transit.
