Born in Naples and graduated in Business Administration from Bocconi University in Milan, Giovanni Gambardella began his professional journey at Hewlett Packard. After three years in the corporate world, he chose to dedicate himself to personal growth and development, becoming a Master Trainer in Neuro-Linguistic Programming. Driven by the desire to bring greater awareness, well-being, and authenticity into organizations, he founded Teamworking, a company specializing in experiential training. Its mission is clear: to help individuals and teams rediscover the power of collaboration, communication, and mindful presence. Over the past fifteen years, Giovanni has worked with more than 75,000 participants across 10 countries, supporting over 800 international clients through team building and team coaching experiences that foster connection and transformation. He recently published a book titled Il Tempo Vola e Il Pilota Sei Tu, about self-awareness.
