Last summer Julia and I were in Järnforsen, Stockholm and Åland. In Åland I was almost able to do Dodo Sit in my second session but I didn't manage to put it together in the next four or so and kinda left the island empty handed. This year I leveled up and came back with support. A few pauer.spots from Eric helped try out some mico beta and build confidence. This is one of my favorite boulders and I'm so happy to have done it. It requires precision, core and lock-off strength. Three things I'm feeling pretty good about right now. That's why I chose the grade 8a+, soft (harder than Lajfstajl and easier than Lithium low direct for me. I know hard to compare...). If I had a little less core, the hooks just wouldn't stick to the end. I would probably blame the universe for not doing it in the end. Holding the heels the whole way is the crux for me.
