Welcome to this 20-minute Yoga flow for full body strength and flexibility. This energising yoga class is suitable for practitioners across all levels of experience. We will start today’s practice with gentle grounded asanas working on inviting mobility and stability into the posterior chain. We will then explore dynamic lateral twists before progressing to a heated standing series of heart opening and strengthening asanas. To close practice we will cool things down on the mat with some restorative supine stretches, before finishing in Savasana.
