Join us as we start our journey at the Thistle Hotel Heathrow, connected to Terminal 5 via the POD system, before heading into a smooth check-in at Heathrow T5 and boarding our British Airways A380 to San Francisco. After an amazing long-haul flight, we landed at SFO and immediately encountered a booking issue with Avis — but fortunately came away with an upgraded car. From there, we made our way into the city for our first night in San Francisco, followed by a quick run to Costco and Target to stock up for the holiday ahead.
