Making replacement tines for my Dulcitone

I haven't posted an update on the dulcitone so I thought I would share where I am. I have 4 of these instruments and the common issue I have is missing tines. So its make or break for these instruments if I can source or replace these tines. There is also an issue with the springs that hold the tines in the place. It appears that the higher notes these springs snap due to hard playing or maybe fatigue these are held on with rivets and the springs need to be made custom....so this is not going to be easy. I really love the sound of these instruments and really look forward to getting them in playing condition, next I need to tune and then regulate the action. ! of the 3 pianos is missing hammers and the balance rail ....so that is going to be a challenge but ill cover that in the future.
