The BEST Mandarin Cheesecake Recipe- simple and quick 🌸 Ingredients For the Crust: • 100 g butter • 2 tablespoons oil • 1 pack vanillated sugar • A pinch of salt • 100 g granulated sugar • 1 egg • 225 g flour • 1 tablespoon baking powder 🌸 You’ll also need: • 1 can mandarins • 1 handful of sliced almonds mandarins 🌸 For the Filling: • 2 eggs • 2 tablespoons sugar • 2 tablespoons cornstarch • 400 ml heavy cream • 2 packs vanillated sugar ⸻ 👩🍳 Instructions Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F). Start combining flour and baking powder , both sifted through a fine mesh sieve Add sugar, vanilla sugar and salt Mix butter, oil, egg and knead well until homogeneous Spread out the dough in a 23 cm diameter baking tray lined with baking paper Prepare the filling: Add milk and cream, whisking until smooth.
