This is a sample of the "Sandblast" small group training class that I teach, utilizing Hyperwear's sandbells. (LOVE them!!) I mix it up every week but this week's programming is rapidly becoming my clients' favorite! The class consists of only 10 exercises. The first round we do 5 reps, 2nd time through 10 reps, 3rd round 15 reps and if we're feeling studly 4th round 20 reps. Of course, bilateral and unilateral movements will affect our time, as does the level of fitness in the class. Last week was more bilateral and we got through all rounds. The class I'm showing on this video is very heavy unilateral (or antirotation) so it takes longer. We got through 5, 10 and then jumped to 20 b/c I had a VERY fit group of gals. Here are the 10 exercises: Single leg pull and catch Static lunge w/ torso pass push up-flip-row kneeling rotational slams offset squat w/ vertical toss (1 arm) drop side lunge slams alternating bent rows diagonal snatch straight arm pull over w/ hip extension alt.leg marches client's choice!! (I did burpee-tuck jump) Good luck and have fun! It's a great workout!!! janine
