Day 79: Selling When People Actually Answer

Day 79 recap. Today was solid but limited. I had five quote calls scheduled, only two actually turned into real conversations. I sold one clean, and the other was just someone price-shopping. I also sent out internal marketing, which led to one response and a booked clean. Tomorrow is a full day in the field. I’ll be cleaning and training instead of doing outbound calls, which limits sales activity but helps strengthen the team. The focus right now is training new cleaners, getting them better than me, and making sure operations can run without me stepping in long term. Nothing crazy today. Just steady progress and prep for a heavy training day.
