It was not unusual for us to have up to three or four children per year from this really small community of a population of about 3,000 to be flying down to Melbourne and have open heart surgery from a preventable disease. There's Malawi, places in Africa, Brazil in South America, Fiji in the Pacific has a lot. So these are places that have a lot of rheumatic heart disease. I want to show you now if you put the if you put the numbers from Maningrida on this chart, what it looks like because I think it gives you a really strong idea of what a big problem this is for Maningrida. Why together we're focusing on it so much. Because that's what Maningrida looks like here on the left, if you put it next to all the other ones. And so, we found more than 4% of the children had definite rheumatic heart disease in Maningrida that we screened. And what it says to us is that problem of rheumatic heart disease here in Maningrida is worse than anywhere else that we know of, anywhere that Bo's worked or I've worked. So, that's a really big thing for me. That's a heavy thing and I look at this community and I think we have to do something together and it can't be me or Bo or other philanthropist just coming in and trying to fix it from the outside.
