Today we walked through the final packing and QC section of the factory — the very last step before products leave for customers 🚚 Here’s what happens: 🧹 Thread removal with air-suction machines 🧺 Ironing and garment finishing 🏷️ Adding hang tags, patches, labels 🧥 Putting garments into poly bags 📦 Packing into carton boxes and sealing 🔢 Counting quantities and labeling cartons Then comes quality control: 🎯 Third-party QC arrives after packing 🎲 They randomly select boxes — not 100% 📊 Samples are checked according to AQL standards 📏 Measurements are verified against the tech pack ➕/➖ Tolerances matter — is 160 OK if it’s 161 or 162? 💡 Key lesson: A good tech pack + AQL system protects your money — when problems happen, QC becomes a financial discussion, not guessing.
