In this episode of Paish Raft, Muhammad Ishfaq and Sultan Mahmood investigate the controversies surrounding Kingdom Valley, one of the most talked-about housing projects in Rawalpindi. Kingdom Valley, owned by Ghulam Hussain Shahid, began in 2021 under the umbrella of the Naya Pakistan Housing Program, registering only 107 kanals of land with the authorities. This land was approved by PHATA, but not by RDA, creating a unique situation where the project is legal in the eyes of one authority and illegal in the eyes of another. Despite this confusion, Kingdom Valley is one of the few societies in Rawalpindi with active and extensive development work. However, the launch of its new master plan (Oct 2025) triggered massive backlash. File holders discovered that: Their plots were missing from the new map Only fully paid file holders (including development charges) were being promised confirmed plots Even those who fully paid were allotted plots in remote, undesirable blocks Previously sold farmhouse plots were no longer included in the new master plan Ishfaq cites a Supreme Court decision stating that societies cannot cancel plots of those who have paid the full land price, regardless of unpaid development charges — raising questions about the fairness and legality of Kingdom Valley’s policies. At the same time, some realtor vloggers are also misleading the public by claiming the society has only 107 kanals total and no NOC at all, suggesting an agenda-driven narrative. Through a neutral and objective lens, Ishfaq and Sultan examine the failures of authorities, the frustrations of genuine file holders, and the misrepresentations by vested interests. With no financial stake in the project, Paish Raft continues its mission to expose malpractice in Pakistan’s real estate sector. #KingdomValley #kingdomvalleypaymentplan #kingdomvalleynoc #kingdomvalleyislamabad #kingdomvalleydevelopment #kingdomvalleydetails #PaishRaft #RealEstatePakistan #HousingScandal #rawalpindidevelopmentauthority #rawalpindi #rawalpindirealestate #RDA #PHATA #MasterPlan2025 #PropertyReview #PakistanHousing #NayaPakistanHousing #PlotFiles #RealEstateNews #sultanmahmood #muhammadishfaq
