In today’s video, we’re making paratha Burger This isn’t your regular burger — it’s a Dubai street-style twist that’s taking over everyone’s feed! 🌯💥 From buttery layers of paratha to the sizzling patty and creamy sauces — every bite is pure magic 🤤💫 Try it once and you’ll be obsessed 😍 Perfect for your next party, weekend treat, or that midnight craving 😋🔥 For the Paratha Dough: Maida (All-purpose flour) – 2 cups Powdered sugar – ½ teaspoon Baking powder – 1 teaspoon Salt – 1 teaspoon Ghee – 2 tablespoons Warm milk – as required (for kneading) Extra ghee – for layering and frying For the Patty Mixture: Minced meat (with fat) – ½ kg Egg – 1 Salt – 1 teaspoon Red chili powder – 1 teaspoon Crushed ginger garlic– 2 tablespoons *Black pepper ½ teaspoons Green chili (finely chopped) – 1 tablespoon Chili flakes – 1 teaspoon Chaat masala – 1 teaspoon Fresh coriander (chopped) – ½ cup Bread crumbs – ½ cup Oil – for shallow frying Onion slices – for frying Cheese slices – as needed For Assembly: Your choice of sauces (e.g., mayonnaise, chili garlic sauce, or burger sauce) Fried patty with cheese Fried onions Crispy paratha Instructions 1. Prepare the DoughIn a large bowl, mix together maida, powdered sugar, baking powder, salt, and ghee. Gradually add warm milk as needed to knead a soft and smooth dough.Once done, apply a little ghee on top, cover it, and let it rest for about 30 minutes. 2. Prepare the Patty MixtureIn another bowl, add meat along with egg, salt, red chili powder, crushed ginger, garlic, green chili, chili flakes, chaat masala, coriander, and bread crumbs.Mix everything well and let it rest for a few minutes. Then mince it for a smoother texture. 3. Shape and Fry the PattiesDivide the meat mixture into small portions and shape them into thin round patties. Place each patty on a piece of butter paper so it doesn’t stick.Heat oil in a pan on medium flame and shallow fry the patties until both sides are golden brown and crispy.While frying, place a cheese slice on top to melt slightly and set aside. Also, fry some onion slices for layering. 4. Roll and Layer the ParathaAfter resting, knead the dough again and shape it into small balls. Roll each ball into an oval (not circular) shape so you can cut long strips.Mix 2 tablespoons of ghee with 2 tablespoons of maida and brush this mixture on top of the rolled dough.Cut it into strips, fold and twist them as shown in the video, and let them rest again for 30 minutes.Then roll them gently into medium-sized parathas using light hands. 5. Cook the ParathaHeat a tawa and cook the paratha on low to medium flame with a little oil or ghee until both sides are golden brown and crispy. 6. Assemble the Paratha BurgerPlace one crispy paratha as the base.
