WHAT THIS PRACTICE DOES: This is a body scan meditation designed to expand your awareness beyond the narrow, contracted sense of self. We start at the core - your thoughts, emotions, physical sensations, memories. Then we expand outward: → Into your body → Into the room around you → Into the space beyond → Into universal consciousness This isn't about escaping reality. It's about experiencing reality beyond the lens of ego and survival. It's about training your nervous system to move from contraction (threat, anxiety, defense) to expansion (safety, spaciousness, connection).
