Connect with us: www.facebook.com/kinkhaowithus/ www.instagram.com/kinkhaowithus Ingredients: Broth: 1 Pot Water (15 Quarts) **************** (Spice Bag) 2 Cinnamon Sticks 1 Tbsp Chinese Five Spice Powder 5 Star Anise **************** OR Substitute pre made Pho spice bags 1 Oxtail 3 Lbs Beef Bones Celery (optional) Carrots (optional) 3 Onions 1 Large Piece of Ginger 1 Cup Brown Sugar 1/2 Cup Salt Noodles: 4 Packs of Rice Noodles (Any Size), Soak for at least 2 hours then boil per boil -- Serves approx. 15 people -- Optional Add In's to Taste : Soy Sauce Fish Sauce Chili Oil Siracha Hoisin Sauce Instant Beef Paste Fried Garlic Lime Black Pepper Sugar Bean Sprouts Green Onion Cilantro Long Corriander Red Onions Thai Basil *Meat Balls / Sliced Beef / Shrimp / Chicken* Directions: Start by cleaning your meat, Boil 1 large pot of water with your Beef Bones and OxTail for 15 Minutes Drain your meat and Soak it in cold water for half an hour Broil your Onions ans Ginger Clean out pot and refill with water (15 Quarts) then add salt and bring to a boil Add your bones, ginger and onions back in Simmer for 2 hours Add your spice bag and brown sugar Stir and continue to simmer for at least 1 hour before eating After an hour remove your Pho bag Now your ready to cook your noodles and meat as you like Remember Pho is always good the next day ;)
