In this 35 min Kettlebell + Bodyweight Workout | Intense Full body Workout We will have 6x bundles of 5x movements for 1x round and after each 3x bundle there will be a complex set with two movements 10x reps each for 150 seconds as many rounds as possible. We will be performing each movement for 40 seconds long and we will have 15 seconds rest between the movements and 30 seconds rest between each bundle and before the complex. The kettlebells that I am Using: 20KG (shown as RED color on the screen) 16KG (shown as YELLOW color on the screen) 12KG (shown as GREEN color on the screen) The Gear that I am using: https://www.amazon.com/shop/danielptf... You can Simply increase the intensity of this workout by using heavier kettlebells and/or increasing the volume of the workout by doing this routine for 2x rounds in a row.
