This is the story of one small Santa, made entirely by hand with cotton, glue, old-fashioned patience, and a bit of holiday magic. I wanted to create something joyful — something that feels like home, warm mittens, old fairy tales and the sound of paper rustling in December. This is not a tutorial in the usual sense — I won’t be teaching, just quietly sharing my process, as if you're sitting beside me at the worktable. You’ll see how a tiny cotton figure takes shape — from armature to painting — and maybe you’ll feel inspired to start your own holiday tradition.
