Check out more of my wonderful videos at: https://. / @wyomingdutchovencooking4656 Also check out my website for a Dutch oven cooking Guide and Recipe book along with my favorite spices, sauces, and cookware that you can purchase. https://www.wyomingdutchovencooking.com/ Honey Whole Wheat Sunflower Seed Artisan Bread 12” Dutch oven Ingredients: 1. 2 ¼ cups white flour 2. 1 cup whole wheat flour 3. 1 t. salt 4. 1 ½ t. dry active yeast 5. 1 ½ cup warm water 6. ½ - ¾ cup Sunflower Seeds 7. 1 ½ T. Olive oil 8. 3 T. Honey Directions: Mix flour, sunflower seeds, and yeast together in a large bowl. Then stir together warm water, olive oil, and honey. Add to flour mixture mixing well. The dough will be sticky. Next using a light coating of flour shape the dough into a round ball and cover with Saran Wrap. Let dough rise to double in size. Line your 12” Dutch oven with Parchment paper. When the dough has doubled put on alight coating of flour and knead it 5 or 6 times. Then shape it into a round ball again. Place the ball into the lined Dutch oven and cover with a towel and let rise to double in size. With a sharp knife make an X on the top to let the steam out. It doesn’t need to be very deep. Then brush the top with water. Put the lid on and bake at 400 degrees for 40 – 45 minutes until golden brown. Let cool a bit then slice and enjoy!
