McGeoch Technology design and manufacture specialist lighting and electrical control/ instrumentation systems for both the defence and space industry. Specialist division, Precision Ceramics, manufacture high performance, customised ceramic solutions for a wide variety of sectors from space to aerospace, nuclear, medical and pharmaceutical. Poor support and a lack of strategic direction from their existing Dynamics partner had left McGeoch’s Microsoft Dynamics NAV system stagnating. The time had come to look for a new Dynamics provider. Tecman was local and, more importantly, understood their business as a manufacturer and worked with other companies of a similar size. Straight away they saw a big improvement in support as soon as they switched to Tecman along with a more proactive approach to the development of their Dynamics software.
