The center of Citeureup Sub-district is in Puspanegara Village which is at an altitude of +136 m above sea level. Citeureup, which is mostly located east of the Jagorawi Toll Road, is one of the industrial sub-districts in Bogor Regency. In this area there are hundreds of factories, small and large; among them is Indocement. Citeureup is geographically located under two mountain ranges, the Cileungsi Karst Mountains, where limestone and cement materials are mined, and the Jonggol Mountains to the southeast, where Citeureup borders Sukamakmur and Babakan Madang sub-districts. The mall is located right on the edge of the Jagorawi Toll Road, precisely on Jalan Jambore Number 1, and at the junction to the Cibubur-Jonggol Alternative Road (Jalan Transyogi). Cibubur Junction opened for the first time on July 28, 2005. The toll road is managed by PT Jasa Marga and passes through DKI Jakarta Province, Depok City, Bogor City, and Bogor Regency, West Java. This toll road was built at a cost of Rp.350 million per kilometer at the rupiah exchange rate at that time.[2] This approximately 50 KM toll road was inaugurated by President Soeharto on March 7, 1977. When inaugurated, the toll road only reached the Jakarta-Citeureup section and also only 2 lanes, with 200 employees.[3] The Jagorawi toll road is the first toll road funded by the state budget from foreign loans, then its management is given to PT Jasa Marga as the initial capital of the company and is a government participation.[4] In 1973, the government began building the first freeway connecting Jakarta with Bogor. While still under construction, the Jagorawi toll road did not yet have the status of a toll road. When the road was completed on March 7, 1977, the Indonesian Government thought that the cost of operating and maintaining the road could be done independently without burdening the Indonesian Government budget. So, the Minister of Public Works at that time, Ir.
