For 31 days, you will receive a brand-new workout every single day spanning dance, sculpt, strength, core, and stretch classes. Workouts range from 15 to 45 minutes, making it approachable to fit into real life while still offering enough variety to keep you engaged and challenged. All you need is your body and, if you have them, two sets of weights, one lighter and one moderate. Modifications and options are always encouraged so you can meet your body where it is. This program is intentionally structured as a challenge that prioritizes habit-building over perfection. Some days you may feel energized and strong, and other days simply pressing play is the win. There are no rules about pace, no penalties for missed days, and no pressure to perform. Whether you complete the 31 classes in 31 days or take longer, you still experience the benefits of consistent movement and supportive accountability. Now in its third year, Just Move January has helped so many people reconnect with movement by removing shame and replacing it with encouragement and an incredible, supportive community.
