This recipe uses a homemade green herb paste to pack every grain of rice with aromatic goodness! Ingredients: Base: Pre-cooked Rice (cooled), Shredded Boiled Chicken, Scrambled Egg pieces. The Green Paste: Fresh Coriander, Mint leaves (Pudina), Green Chillies, and a splash of water. Vegetables: Finely chopped Carrots and French Beans. Aromatics: Ginger-Garlic paste. Sauces & Seasoning: Soy Sauce, Green Chilli Sauce, Black Pepper powder, Salt to taste, and Fresh Lemon juice. Cooking Oil. 👩🍳 Cooking Instructions: Sauté the Veggies: Heat oil in a kadai. Add the chopped carrots and beans. Sauté them on medium-high heat until they are tender yet crunchy. Aromatics: Add the ginger-garlic paste and sauté until the raw smell disappears. The Green Secret: Pour in your freshly blended green paste (coriander, mint, and chili). Mix well and cook until the moisture reduces and the flavors meld with the vegetables. Seasoning: Stir in the soy sauce, green chilli sauce, and salt. Add Protein: Toss in the shredded chicken and mix thoroughly so the chicken is coated in the green masala. Season with black pepper powder and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice for that extra tang. The Rice: Add your cooked rice to the kadai.
