Homemade Chicken Paneer Samosas 🥟🔥 Ingredients For the Filling: Protein: Shredded Chicken & Shredded Paneer Vegetables: Onion (finely chopped), Potato, Peas, Cauliflower, Capsicum, Carrot, and French Beans Aromatics: Ginger-Garlic Paste, Green Chillies, and Fresh Coriander Leaves Spices: Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder, Coriander Powder, and Garam Masala Base: Oil and Salt to taste For the Samosa Sheets (Dough): Maida (All-purpose flour) Salt Water Cooking Instructions 1. Prepare the Filling: Heat oil in a kadai and sauté the onions until they are soft and translucent. Add the ginger-garlic paste and chopped green chillies; sauté until the raw smell disappears. Lower the heat and stir in the spices: coriander powder, red chilli powder, turmeric, and garam masala. Add the chopped vegetables (potato, peas, cauliflower, capsicum, carrot, and beans). Season with salt and mix well until the veggies are tender. Incorporate the shredded chicken and shredded paneer. Toss everything together so the spices coat the protein evenly. Finish with a generous handful of fresh coriander leaves. Set aside to cool. 2. Make the Samosas: Prepare your homemade dough using maida, salt, and water. Roll them into thin sheets. Place a spoonful of the chicken-paneer filling in the center of a sheet. Fold carefully into the classic triangular samosa shape, sealing the edges firmly. 3. Fry to Perfection: Heat oil for deep frying in a deep pan. Fry the samosas on medium heat until they turn golden brown and crispy. Drain excess oil on a paper towel.
