We awoke in the beautiful Caribbean island of Saint Lucia , it had obviously been raining because as we stepped out on to the balcony we were greeted with the sight of two Rainbows . Construction work is still going on at the port but it couldn't spoil the amazing views . After breakfast we did our customary couple of laps around the promenade deck , where we spotted Virgin Cruises Valiant Lady . We had a P&O excursion booked today ,a trip to the rainforest where we would be transported high above the tree canopy in an aerial tram . As we disembarked the ship the heavens opened , this was what we were going to experience for most of that morning . On arrival in the rainforest we went on a 30 minute hike before joining the line to board the aerial tram .What a great experience , a guide is with you all the time . your tram holds eight people plus the guide . You are given lots of information regarding the rainforest , plus you have those amazing views . On arrival back at the port we had drink in one of the bars , before taking a look at the famous Rum Therapy bar . Which by this time was getting quite lively . A great venue to sit and watch people having a good time , not to mention the Karaoke . After Sail away we enjoyed a nice meal in the MDR then enjoyed the nights entertainment as we headed to our last destination Barbados
